Mr. Morgan is the CEO of The Bowery Mission Foundation, an affiliate of the Bowery Mission, a Christian-based non-profit organization which has served homeless persons in New York City since 1879.

Previously, Mr. Morgan served in various executive positions with the General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) for 20+ years, where he was responsible for corporate communications for several of its senior executives.

He has served as Vice Chairman of The Association of Gospel Rescue Mission, and as a board member of The Geneva School of Manhattan, The Family Institute of Connecticut and The Christian Leadership Alliance.

Mr. Morgan received his M.S. in Communications from Rutgers University.
